Your content and output

Only submit content you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity. Review generated images before publishing them. The service does not promise that AI wording, layouts, factual details or third-party rights will be correct or cleared for your intended use.

Image credits

The credit pack shown on the pricing page is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Credits are account-bound usage units for image generation and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed as cash through this application. The displayed resolution-based cost is reserved when a request is submitted. A completed image uses those credits even if you choose not to use the result. Purchased image credits have no scheduled expiry.

Failed or unconfirmed generations

If a task is confirmed as failed, its reserved image credits are restored once. A network timeout does not necessarily mean the provider stopped processing. Unconfirmed requests remain pending for review rather than triggering another paid request automatically.

Purchases and refund requests

Checkout shows the final price before payment. Credits are recorded after verified payment confirmation, not merely because a browser returns to this site. For duplicate payments, missing credits or refund requests, contact support with your order reference. Payment refund requests are reviewed individually and any approved refund is processed through PayPal. Completed refunds adjust the related credit balance. Any rights that apply under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.

Availability and project storage

Features may be unavailable while providers or account configuration are incomplete. Save your downloaded images and export manual project files for safekeeping. Browser storage is not a backup service, and external result links can become unavailable.

Independent service

Layout Studio is independent of OpenMOSS. Access to model and payment services also depends on the relevant providers’ terms. The standalone text-prompt service is separate from image credits.
