How many images does the pack cover?
One credit covers up to 1,048,576 pixels. Larger images round up to the next whole credit. Counts below assume every image uses the same size, excluding your daily free image.

How the balance works
When are credits used?
Credits are reserved when you submit an image request. If the provider confirms that the task failed, the credits are restored once. An unconfirmed request stays pending until its outcome is known, so retrying cannot silently create duplicate charges.
Does downloading use more credits?
No. Downloading an existing image, copying a prompt and exporting a manual composition do not submit another image request.
What if the result is not what I expected?
AI output can vary, including lettering and layout. A completed generation uses credits even if you choose not to use it. Start with a small image, review it, and use manual text layers for wording that must be exact. See terms and refund information.
Are prompt generation and image generation the same purchase?
No. The image pack covers MOSS-Image generation only. Two daily prompt generations are available separately. The pack adds paid image credits after your daily free image or for larger formats.
